04 August 2013
This Sunday, the first of the month was our Family Service. Father Stephen was attended by a large number of young people serving as acolytes and other servers. The Service was a realy family occasion for young Jack who was Baptised during the service. The Congregation watched as the children joined Jack, his parents and godparents at the font. We all welcomed our new christian soul to the family of the church at the peace. There are no choir anthems in August, so a communion hymn was sung. After the service we had coffee in the north Transept. A lovely occasion and a true family event.
