This Sunday we came to our 10 o'clock Eucharist through some welcome rain, but by the time our service was finished the sun was out again! The Gospel this week, from St Luke, urged us to store up treasure in Heaven, and Father Stephen spoke in his sermon about the difficulty for Christians to manage the things of the world while keeping our eyes on the treasures of heaven. During the Communion we sang 'let All Mortal Flesh keep Silent' as the choir are still in recess.
