This sunday our service of Mattins was attended by some 30 hardy souls who had battled through the snow and ice! We heard Isaiah's wonderful prophesy for the future, and St John's account of the changing of water into wine at the wedding at Cana. We start the week of prayer for Christian Unity, and in his sermon Hans Florin asked us to strive for spiritual unity rather than worrying about cannonical detail. Our closing hymn was 'The Church is one Foundation'
